Keep pool area gates closed
Key Pad entry on gates
No life guard on duty - swimming at your own risk
No tampering with life saving equipment
No diving
No horseplay or running next to pool
Only proper swim attire allowed
No children under the age of 14 without adult supervision
No loud music, smoking or pets
No glass containers in pool area, tennis courts or playground - must be plastic or paper
No skates or skateboards on tennis courts or pool area
Each family or individual responsible for clean up & removal of food, drinks, picnic supplies and using trash containers
Homeowners must accompany and be responsible for guests
